Our Mission

The Courtney Owens Educational Foundation, Inc. (COEFI) is dedicated to the
promotion of learning, building strong communities, and preparing students
for leadership and service. COEFI aspires to become one of the nation's
newest and most successful higher education assistance programs by providing
scholarships and monthly stipends to deserving students based on merit,
leadership potential, community involvement and financial need.
